Our principal, Scott J. Grandjean, FACHE, is board-certified in healthcare management, and a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He received a Bachelor of Healthcare Administration degree from Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas.
Scott brings specialized experience to help offices with business development, clinic management, financial planning, general management, HIPAA privacy and security regulations, implementation of new service lines, managed care (insurance) contracting, medical staff credentialing, process re-engineering, and strategic planning.
Upon relocating to the Dallas area in 2005, Scott served as a HIPAA analyst for St. Paul and Zale Lipshy Hospitals on the UT Southwestern Medical Center campus until summer 2008, at which time, he decided to focus on building Lakeside Healthcare Strategies, LLC into the consulting and practice management firm it is today.
Prior experience includes various positions as a healthcare administrator at Brooke Army Medical Center and the U.S. Army Great Plains Regional Medical Command, Fort Sam Houston, Texas. Additionally, Scott served as an emergency medical technician and a business development specialist for Rural/Metro Ambulance and American Medical Response in Corpus Christi, Houston, San Antonio and Seguin, Texas.
